CANCELLATION POLICY

At MW Nails LLC, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of our self care time. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, our receptionist will work with you to find the best possible date and time to accommodate this change. Please read the following information carefully prior to visiting us for your appointment. When making an appointment with us, a credit or debit card is required to be on file in order to hold the appointment. This card is not charged prior to your appointment, this is simply used to reserve your service. If for any reason you need to cancel an upcoming appointment with us we require at least a 48 hour notice prior to cancellation. If the cancellation falls within less than a 48 hour window or you fail to notify us at all, we reserve the right the charge the card on file the full amount of the scheduled service.
